Fall Admission – International Applicants (Freshman or Transfer)
This applies to any student who does not yet have an I-20, including those who have not previously studied in the U.S.

These deadlines apply to international students planning to study in the United States under the F-1 student visa. Students requiring an F-1 visa must complete all requirements and submit their enrollment deposit by May 1 to allow adequate time for visa processing. Please plan to ensure all materials arrive by the stated deadlines.

This applies to students with an active SEVIS record transferring their I-20 to New College of Florida.

These deadlines apply to international students transferring from another U.S. institution with an active SEVIS record. Students should work closely with their current and new Designated School Officials (DSOs) to ensure the timely transfer of their I-20.
Spring Admission – International Applicants (Freshman or Transfer with Active SEVIS Record)
This applies to students with an active SEVIS record transferring their I-20 to New College of Florida.

English Proficiency: Requirements vary by entry level. Visit ncf.edu/admissions/international-students for accepted tests and minimum scores.

Credential Evaluation: Applicants educated outside the U.S. may be required to submit credentials to a NACES-member evaluation agency.

Translation: All transcripts and diplomas issued in languages other than English must be accompanied by a certified, line-for-line English translation.

Financial Documentation: Admitted students must demonstrate financial ability to cover tuition, living expenses, and required health insurance (after any scholarships awarded). The Financial Statement for International Students is provided by the Office of Admissions no earlier than six months before the entry term.
